Get on the Yoga Trail, a New York-based group that began in 2011 to inspire people to reconnect with Nature, even in Manhattan. Now open every Saturday and Sunday, Yoga Trail offers classes in Central Park for outdoor yoga followed up with a picnic to relax and socialize.
