Avocado Banana Smoothie


A great way to start the day is with a smoothie, with lots of vitamins and antioxidants especially if you go work out. But this can give you healthy energy. The avocado, nuts, chia seeds and blueberries (if added) are all super foods and great for anti-aging and healthy skin. This is also an easy way to get your daily supplements in if you hate taking vitamins. This smoothie can also boost your metabolism

Ingredients can vary in measurement, as desired.

  • 1/2 Ripe avocado

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 Tbsp Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup Almond milk

  • 1 cup Filtered water

  • 2 cups Frozen greens or 3/4 fresh leafy greens (kale, romaine, spinach)

  • 1 Tbsp Nuts (sunflower seeds, almonds, walnuts)

  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries (optional)

  • 1 Tsp Agave (if desired for additional sweetness)

Mix in blender. If you have a Bullet Mixer, just reduce ingredients to desired taste and fill

accordingly to the size of your Bullet.
