Before the teacher even starts the class.

Directly after our class, Chelsea P., our resident Rest Guru, will be leading a free class on the ancient practice of Zava Prazanti. Developed nearly four hundred years ago in a castle in Eastern Europe, Zava Prazanti means “Rest of the Eternally Undead”—a really interesting twist on our yogic savasana, or “corpse pose.”
