Poet's Corner: The Yoga In Me

The Yoga In Me

Downward Dog stretches my spine

In Mountain pose, I'm in a straight line.

In Triangle pose I can count the shapes.

Balancing in Tree pose, I think of grapes. In Candle pose, my feet are up high.

When I jump in Frog pose, I can catch a fly! When I'm tired, I rest in Child's pose

I breathe in and out through my nose. Cat or Cow, Flower or Star,

Yoga is fun, no matter who you are!
