I am inspired by the holiday season, which embodies what I call "healthylicious bliss"—a magical feeling of happiness and health. This is my favorite time of year! The holidays really put the heart back in humanity—and we need that.

Healthylicious Bliss is the name of my blog and the heart-shaped apple with the spiral stem is my logo, symbolizing happiness, health, love, and life. The spiral represents life, growth, spirituality, and nature. And the undulating words represent my desire to ride the proverbial waves of life.
