Lisa Dawn Angerame watches her mind come and go.
I have been studying the Yoga Sutras for years, and, no matter how deeply I get into them, I always go back to those first four.
They are what the entire philosophy of yoga is about.
They are perfectly succinct, easy to remember, and easy to practice.
It all comes down to whether we want to stand in our thoughts or our true natures.
That is yoga.
