I used to make a lot of notes - and that includes very quick sketches - when I attended yoga workshops. Now, I don't make so many. I have stacks of spiral bound books made from my notes and drawings. My method of assembly was very low tech - I would cut out the drawings and paste them onto a page with the typed up notes. I have hundreds of drawings like this.
Adho Mukha Virasana on ropes with slant-board (and teacher). From a yoga therapy workshop taught by Lois Steinberg in Champaign, Urbana. 2002.
From a workshop taught by Father Pereira at the Iyengar Yoga Institute, New York in 2006: pushing up into Urdhva Dhanurasana with feet on a bench and strategically placed belts.
